I am not up set with your kind words? But it may not have taken off today or may be tomorrow, but when it takes off I know you can apologise or even eat your own words. Africa is changing into the modern times and wants to stop importing oil from other countries. PCL would make more profits if it can sell oil to some one in Africa instead of exporting to other countries and keeping costs down. Watch this stock.
