technical move

After a week of solid accumulation and distribution my charts have become positive....we should see a breakout from the thin bollinger envelope now present....unfortunately it could be both up or down....I would prefer up on news of completion of refinance for the issuance of a few options.....still not sure when directors will convert......I get the feeling that directors are being kept in the dark from GS (by choice) to avoid insider issues
