    "monkeys" ..... is still related to 'clinical' reqs.

    The FDA would not provide positive 'guidance' for 'clinical' reqs, if there was an issue with tox in monkeys.

    They have human tox data from 9 DMD boys over 6 month period - that is much more significant and relevant.

    They are talking about 'non clinical' reqs.
