Thanks for all your help.

I called Computershare a few times and found a very helpful person, Leon and in the end went to the bank and got a bank cheque issued correctly this time. I sent the cheque and Appendix E form by Express Post and since its being sent to a Locked Bag address, the person at Aus Post said that Computershare should receive it sometime tomorrow morning.

To notify them, I also sent a fax as most of you advised.

Hopefully this will be resolved. Wouldnt want to miss out on an opportunity of a lifetime.
