One poster on the UK forum stated he has spoke to Tower Resources and was told they would update their web site with an ann this afternoon (UK time) with news once they have Ugandan Gov approval (the poster in the thread then went on to specualte that needing Ugandan Gov Approval would tend the situtation towards civil unrest, as a duster would not require such approval)
