...it's a good idea, and as the shifting and intensifying weather systems make extreme weather events even more extremerer...errh... especially as anticipated in Oz you could combine a ruggedised off-road ZBM deployment (scaled from trailer to container) with various scales of this solar panel solution(again, maybe scaled from trailer to container to meet the needs of small hamlets needing mobile phones recharged through smaller towns needing mobile and wireless NBN small cells and existing MTS sites powered as the mains fails (bushfire, flood, cyclone etc...)
...The Federal Emergency Power Response Team... like team Merca but with panels & ZBMs... Thunderbird 2 would get it done...
