I know I won’t get an answer but I’m hoping he’s as uncomfortable with my question as I am with how much money I’m down because of his decisions to money grab.
His words were, the CR was sufficient to fund the Expansion into America and other countries for what was required for the year ahead!!
so why did he need to do an SPP ?.
