You are correct! Every company is careful in their announcements to avoid class action let alone BIT
It is up-to the investors to make a careful decision when buying or selling. Many trading platform have training modules too on risks associated with trading securities to avoid any class actions from their customers.
So, solely up-to individual investors to make decisions on investment.
I always find Hotcopper very useful in doing so as many bloggers make knowledgeable comments.
