You are a couple of months too early!! BTA AGM is due in late October and we don’t know what resolutions the idiots propose for the AGM.

It is not easy to galvanise votes on a public site like HC to call for a special meeting.
What we all should do is to stay tune to HC. Soon after the annual results (where the idiots’ rewards are known) we shall call for “volunteers” on HC who is prepared to put in time & effort for galvanising votes and also “volunteer proxies” prepared to receive proxies and got to the AGM to vote. These volunteers will set up Hotmail email address. I will email them a Code. They will then post the Code back on HC so that I know they are genuine and not PC representatives.
Every step of the way, we will face difficulties from PC stooges who may resort to
sabotage the hotmail addresses or even stand in as “stooge proxy receivers”.

Do not despair. We will issue very specific proxy vote instructions worded in a clear manner so that these proxies cannot be used for anything other than to vote for the specific resolutions for example resolutions rewarding LTIOs

Long before the AGM we will have to galvanise votes to propose a “special resolution” for example “to advise the board to ask for PC’s retirement”. There are specific requirements (such as the minimum no of shareholders holding in total a minimum % of shares) for BTA board to accept putting the said special resolution to the AGM. Perhaps someone else on HC can research BTA and the corporation act and post these technical requirements.

If we succeed in doing these we will make history!! At the very least we should be able to galvanise votes to vote against rewarding PC for his idiotic performance.
