if the options are in the money once the oil starts to flow, there may well be another $24mill in the kitty to cover the cost of finalizing purchases.
i am thinking that they are pretty much in the hot seat so long as the oil price stays above $50 a barrel ( well we have a $20 buffer at the moment, so i expect that should be no problem).
the whole credit crisis may well turn out to have been a blessing in disguise, saving shareholders massive dilution
