Lets not confuse the issues. Company must respond to shareholders if there is legal action.
Perhaps there is a reason for this. On viewing the court documents, which are public, it seems that the company did not have the materials ready for marketing. This is quite revealing. So it is a good strat to push the blame. This is biz politics, that a Listed Co shoukd not engage in. Be transparent.
