US listing is worth 10x IMO.
It's a 8 Trillion investor market. The demand would be massive, Morgan Stanley make 6 to 8% and leave. They would pump TLG extremely hard.
So if we list, think through your sell price, don't get screwed. 10x seems a reasonable exit and then buy in again.
