Yes, but most of them fall into the class of immune enhancers. The difficulty is when you up the immune response you increase the very serious side effects of the PD-1 inhibitors. Bisantrene offers a different way of tackling the problem by making the cancer more sensitive to the PD-1 inhibitors.
