You have touched a nerve Boogee this stock has in varying degrees been capped/ shorted for approx 5 months on a daily basis. On the 22/3 ADT made an announcement “Near surface mineralisation” . Looking at recent trading starting 23/3/21 the Gross loaned out figure was 234,956 shares HOWEVER on the 24/3 this figure JUMPED to 1,229,491 shares Coincidence ? , with incremental rises up to the latest statistic 20/4 eg 1,506,869 shares.
So let’s take a Snapshot of trades:

In MY OPINION someone is all over this , the VWAP over the period is probably in the region of $2.25 . This leads up to the Exploitation License announcement and I would imagine not far behind the Funding announcement in June ? This I feel will be the catalyst for a Derisory bid based on the VWAP possibly 80 cents higher ($3) , I say Derisory when we look at the latest Hannam and Partners recent upgrade approx $4.60 with the inference that this figure could increase when the two aforementioned announcements are hopefully issued. Naturally this does not allow for upgrades from Sprott, Laurentian Cap , Thamesis Partners et al.
UK trading is pure churning I feel moving the price around to garner stock interestingly most of the trading is in CDI’s I wonder who trades in these ?
The daily pre-opening nearly always shows large sells (1,2 or 3) at the previous days closing price and buys approx 10% lower look at today’s 2 bids for 9,390 shares at $2.20 and 1 seller for 15,504 shares at $2.25 I rest my case.
The interesting thing here is whether PC can defend a Derisory bid I don’t see a cornerstone investor ex advisor Milos ...... has approx 6% holding Sandfire has 15% ? So with the exception of PC’s holding life could get difficult Unless he can find a White Knight .
In MY OPINION similar to retrac I would not want to see the obvious contender as the offer would probably be cash and shares to the value of $3 . Some people may be happy with this however with the two announcements the market is suggesting a higher price eg $4 plus after all a fair price is all we want.
