$100k is not a lot, so I wouldn't use the words strategic or key investor. That would be someone like Slattery who took a placement in 3dp. More than likely it's one of Peak's Clients who didn't have the funds at the time, but who managed to find them now.

"Yeah okay leave it with me, I'll see what I can do."
