OMG since investing in this company I have seen nothing but poor decision making and weakening of the Company's position in the marketplace. And now the Director's want Shareholders to vote on approving issuing Director placement shares, incentive payments, performance rights and..... wait for it....'Approval of potential termination benefits under the plan's!!!!
I would ask the question do the Director's see the writing on the wall because they have been doing such a great job??!!I will be voting and I know which way! I would encourage all Shareholders to do the same to send a clear message.
