To Grunta et al. I would like to respond vigorously to this post (it needs a little further analysis), but, I must respectfully decline. Why, because I have capitulated, the tribe has spoken, you have won. At the end of this post I am backing out of this forum which should give you no end of pleasure. When I started posting of this forum, I thought my love for critical analysis and comment would generate useful debate, particularly for people who would rather listen and digest rather that contribute. But not so, all I have done is incur wrath of Board supporters. I have seen the forum degenerate from polite and civil comments, almost entirely supportive of the Board, to one of point scoring and ridicule. And I believe I have contributed to this predicament. I bear no one any malice, I have enjoyed the ride immensely, and the witty banter. Short of a catastrophe, I will make nor further comments on this forum.

A message to Rocket and Pie. If by some chance your favourite railway does not get a guernsey, please rip it up and make a cycle rail trail between Port Augusta and Leigh Creek, and this 80 year old cyclist will be over there in a heart beat. GLTA. J L.
