I've not bought back to hold other than a quick trade a month or 2 ago. I think Cummins is a good asset but the way capital raisings are done, I have my doubts that it's been good for shareholders. All the recent corporate moves suggest that it's just raking in money to fund lifestyles.

Spinning off assets is another tactic to get easy money (possibly double their remuneration as well) at the moment. Let's see if they will offer all shareholders an in-specie distribution and doing a placement to brokers. I'd bet it won't happen like that. Everyone will be asked to put in more money. So it's pretty obvious, another money grab. Dyor imo
