I received a reply to my e-mail asking for clarification regarding the cash component and as to whether we could expect any increase in dividend due to the ruling.
They pretty much said it was as per the announcement and re-confirmed it would be based on cash position only, not taxable income. The way I read it, is that we should only expect the 3-4 cents, and no additional dividend. That pretty much sucks really as I was in this for the very high dividend yield.
