Booz I agree on all points...its a very poor argument...in the meantime all those kids up to around age 34 will be looking to buy..and the babies ..kids moving to the city to work or uni...will take their place in the rent que
and then what % of the overseas students intend to remain here and take up permanet residency...50% of the 430,000 ? news this morning insinuated most of the indian students intend to stay..then bring their families over.....
hmmm....some still here after 9 years after selling at their idea of the peak...still waiting for a break...
