I agree that they definately have not paid. They are merely paper transactions, probably for a fee. Just check latest top 20 on cvi web today. All of them guys who took up latest , HAVE SOLD OUT IN A WEEK. What a bloody joke this is. There is one alternative only- and that is maybe they jsut found oit about the options bonus and further dilution for them, BUT I DOUBT IT AS THIS HAPPENS ON EVERY PLACEMENT.
