Demerger - Directors recommend demerger of Clean TeQ water proceed. A notice to shareholders seeking approval to be issued during Q2 CY2021 with target demerger implementation date within the same period (Q2 CY2021). eg. Before July 2021
So shortly we will hear what the Water business is worth via Grant Samuel assessment, its organisational structure, whether the NematiQ JV is part of this deal, business opportunities domestically and internationally.
Given limited Sunrise Project work is occurring, at least the SRL management team can focus on splitting out the water business entity before the real work with Sunrise kicks off.
