    I'm not asking for any compromising info. Just a simple application of logic.

    By the way that capper at 38 cents is irritating me. That's twice today 400k+ shares have been placed on the offer line at 38 cents.

    Why wouldn't you place it higher? The BOT is very clearly still tapping the offer line and has been just about all day....
