I don't see how it 'bolsters' the position of the directors.?

If there is no news coming from the JV partners, it clearly shows that there is NOTHING being done which surely puts the ESS directors into a negative position..
If they could get off their asses and follow through on the JVs (regardless of what percentage they're keeping) then a little more confidence might ensue.
What will end up happening is that the SP will decline to just the cash value which will carry on to be eroded with admin costs, another CR, rinse-repeat.. just as it was under the name 'Pioneer' but now with a new facade. The next name might be 'Pensioner'..
