ADO will have $14m in the bank and then have another $4m more on the way from the SPP. This money will give us a pathway to accelerate our timelines and commercialise our tests. I believe that we will be getting swamped with demand from all over the globe for our Covid tests and in the next 1-6 months will see the contracts rolling in that are incredible.

The raise will be heavily oversubscribed and there will be huge scale backs, these buyers won’t forget the battery announcement when we resume trading on Wednesday. No chance of this falling back to 26c with the media attention that we will get on Wednesday as we launch EuGeni.

The SPP won’t have any influence on the share price as holders will only be able to buy approximately 10-15k shares each or $2600-$3500. Can’t see holders needing to sell to fund that and if they do, I personally would sell something else.

So personally, I think our management could have done better, but it won’t effect us too much.
