I think that's a fair assumption and it affects me just like everyone else, given that everyone's shares are being diluted in the process.

But also on the same token, I don't know how I would be able to raise $8m so quickly, aside from seeking a loan, so I need to be open to the fact that it's entirely possible the money is needed straight away.... and for good reason.

Obviously, some bidders are getting preferential treatment... I'm certain they are, but it does work both ways.
You can't have access to quick money without paying the price of obtaining it.
