If QVT call their money they won't get it so they will lose like us all. They are a global hedge fund and not in the game to throw money away. I'd guess the proposed new board are doing due diligence and would then have to negotiate with all the players in the game. If QVT are as savvy as I think, why wouldn't they go for the new team?
