same as Derek said about getting gov't funding. it makes the process easier but there is always payback conditions. I'm happy that management are trying to keep the value for their shareholders.

if they were trying to screw us shareholders they could have easily done this cr with the retrace to 16c a couple of months ago. add discount to that we would have had a lot more dilution.
