What is important to understand such news is to announce the ORR (Objective Response Rate). PTX does not report this, which would not go down well in the USA. Yes, a complete response is great and sometimes a miracle for the individual the announcement does not say anything about the real efficacy of the drug. It is sad to see how poor PTX is communicating to the market. Why don't they report to the market such key measures like ORR, number of partial responses, number of steady disease, progressing disease und the size of the cohort, all this in one chart? As said, in the USA they would be hammered for such way of communication.
