The goose and the Scrooge are connected together, from the Christmas Carol Story. The goose is the wealth and Scrooge will take away the wealth. (it's unlikely he is referencing the goose with the golden egg (a totally different story to Scrooge), since the Scrooge and goose are intertwined from the same story).
Anyways of course, as mentioned above, what this has specifically to do with IMU (and T/O's licensing etc) is all a guess. I wouldn't think there is anymore to read into it, other than a broad/general way of saying there is wealth here, and no sight of it being taken away.
