I disagree with that MKI
While that might certainly be true in terms of PERCEPTION - i.e. it does indeed look suss if an announcement comes out within two weeks, the need to keep the market fully informed clearly overrides any concerns about perception.
I do not think any Director wants to allow the delay of a market sensitive (let alone a material) announcement on the basis that such a release does not "look good".
