    sold half of my holding @ 232 today. the risk is getting is bit big that some of the major shareholders vote against the deal. bad in s/t but good in l/t. we should see 300c+ plus again in 2012. will wait till the dust settles on wednesday. just my humble opinion, no serious analysis.
