Can you help me understand why the proposed non listed company to replace IWI would be keeping millions of dollars rather than distributing it to unit holders. It can't need the money to run the business as they say that will only cost $250k per year.
Do you think the new unlisted company will find some more things to invest in? I hope not.
I wondered why IWI would buy a minority interest in NVFA, didn't realise it was run by the ex - CEO.
If IWI is de listed minority shareholders would have even less influence and rights to information.
