Yes, Q2 CY2021 is April, May & June 2021.
I suspect they would need to or like to have it completed before the end of the financial year from an accounting perspective - before 1st July 2021.
So given April is nearly over and adequate notice needs to be given to shareholder (2 weeks?), plus education of shareholders about the benefits of the demerger to ensure it gets supported then a flurry of announcements will be released in coming weeks about the business.
