you are not at all surprised by the level at which the shares were placed?
I found the update somewhat two steps forward, one step back. As obviously, CBR are still a way off from being net positive cash flow.
The scalability of their manufacturing process is one of key strengths of the business, but like all expansions, it requires upfront capex.
In either case, the SP will likely stagnate in the near term, if only because, there are many, many holders that are underwater at this price, even if they take up their full entitlements. Ever day, CBR is a bit closer to reaching the critical mass/efficiency that I thought they might have already reached.
