Just for clarity sake, this is not peer-reviewed. BioRxiv is a free repository to put up pseudo pre-prints for exposure and feedback. It is not a journal and has no impact factor. It is like a forum where the research is exposed to other scientists, and they can ask questions and provide suggestions etc. Theoretically this may enable you to act on the suggestions and improve the paper, and them submit it to a proper peer-reviewed journal for publication.
So it is interesting and encouraging, but is certainly not considered validly published. Good luck to all
