Of course they will attempt to block anything they are not involved in.
In contrast to GGG and the Greenlandic situation, we are not dealing with a population of 27000 voters in the last election in Greenland but a much larger country with a new president in power openly supporting foreign investment.
Vastly different situation.
I know what I am talking about as I was once heavily invested in GGG and have switched to PEK for obvious reasons.
The new President Samie has accelalerated progress in Tanzania. Under Magufuli's presidency, you probably would have an argument.
