I can't get past they had it all on their plate, grow site, expertise to having a finished product in hand, but threw it out the window (probably with window closed) to go this contract path...how long ago & how many contracts they have, thats right their coming soon, better than imminent.

why you couldn't do both, I mean it is the biggest largest, most massive hugest facility in the southern universe.
