Further to my post on 16 March, I've sold out. Fundamentally, I believe Xero is a fantastic business. However at this valuation, I'm concerned that it can easily suffer from a share price drop alongside a general market correction. This is a risky viewpoint as Xero is a business that could simply be overvalued for the next 10 years. In 10 years from today, I'm confident Xero will have a much higher market cap than it does today.
I sold late last week at a small profit and do feel better for it. If the price falls back down to the $100~ range I will become an interested buyer. For now, I will watch from the sidelines.
