The natural movement for IOU would be like this just by looking at standard fibonacci retracements.
Most charts drop to 0.618 fib level and hover there while doing reversal. It is what's happening now with IOU.
Without news, it will gain its momentum back uptrend slowly. However, I hope we get numerical updates or some sort of performance review in their next due announcement. Most techies are reversing and already bottomed, just buy $IOU now, very safe entry.
