Is anyone in a position of strength to follow-up if the dumping of 1 million WHC shares at $1.76 on-market by CEO Paul Flynn on 30- Mar-2021 was legal.
This was only 11 business days before the guidance downgrade..
The WHC shares are about $1.26 today.
Paul Flynn has $500,000 reasons to be very happy with this timely trade.
Note: I have now sold out of WHC and will never touch WHC again, as a direct result of the excellent timing of Paul Flynn's sale of 1 million shares on 30- Mar-2021.
When Paul Flynn dumped 1M shares on 30-Mar-2021, was that legal?
