fair point stanislar about the lower debt increasing the PE justification.
But I don't think to 14x.
The converse of this is that we still have the same management and B.O.D in place, same effectively the same guys running the show. To extradite themselves from the mess they put us in, we incurred a massive capital raising.
Therefore markets perception of good 'stewardship' is low, this lowers PE justification.
