The heck are you on about? The directors committed like $16m of their own money @ $2.90, when the share price is ranging between $2.20-$2.40 over the last couple of weeks. We've known about the allocation to the Directors for a while now and it actually forms part of the capital raise completed earlier.....just that this allocation required shareholder approval.
Sure as hell beats other companies which raise capital at discounted rates and only their friends get a piece of the pie.
