I think I have the WPL plan worked out, they are going to save money by economising on progress report paper
which will have a flow-on effect by saving on printer wear and tear. This should save money and enable them to start saving up for a takeover. As Robin would say to Batman, "a devilishly darstardly plan".
Seriously what a great report, not.
