I can just read what you can on the website. there was a video presso with shailesh somewhere. he called it el3 pronounced "Elle 3". it is interesting other articles reference dod too. it appears the cells manufactured by im3ny will be assembled in Maryland by el3 into secure military gear. from the us military POV, el3 is purely American unlike im3 which is a consortium with mns. it probably looks better politically, but all the above in conjecture.
