This stock, along with several other biotech stocks, appear to be getting hit by short sellers. Nearly 30% of all stock traded on Monday was reported as short sales. I'll be keen to see how many were short soled today. Hopefully this is the last of it since NOX appears particularly vulnerable to a short attack.
