Assume that AZS reports an average open portable grade, down to about 250m on a per tone basis of 1.25% nickel currently worth $267.85 t and .6% copper worth $76.70t for a total of $344.55t. Expressed in gold equivalent grades, where gold is $76.58 g/t. So the Conceptual guesstimate on AZS open pittable ore equates to a gold equivalent grade of 4..5 g/t. This is Very high grade for open pit operators in Western Australia, where low grade is around 1 g/t. The current drilling is defining the volume of ore that will be open pittable. The relevant issue is now tonnage with three drills operating 24/7. The larger the tonnage, the higher the valuation of the deposit. Bought more near the close yesterday. Good luck to all longs.
