Apart from getting some advertising and investor heads up I actually dislike the deal.
For the next six years the company is going to be a making a huge amount of money.
The Thor project project was ours 100%. Now we are in the position that we have difficulty of getting back to 100% if we desire. If we wish to keep 30% we can spend another $3ml after CHN have committed $3.7ml..... Not smart. it should have been a 50/50 deal wrt. the % and $
However, imo the deal should not have been done at all.... soon we are going to be rolling in cash . Money to burn. $3.7mil is peanuts. If a lovely ore body is there it was not going away.... until we gave it away. Que Sera, Sera.
