The numbers arent that bad IMO, however missing prospectus forecasts - whatever the reason - is never a good thing, especially as YFZ was already in a death spiral after a disastrous start to listed life.
They are burning about ~$1m a quarter including capitalised R&D spend with ~$16m in net cash (netting off the $15m in planned capex) so they should have more than enough $ to get them through to breakeven. Although the market doesnt seem to think this business has much hope of success.
Not a rock star business / super profitable industry by any means but it does look cheap. Then again I thought that at $1 and again around $0.70....what's that old saying about not trying to catch a falling knife?
With RGT Capital's 77.3m shares (>50% of the SOI) coming out of escrow upon release of FY21 results there is going to be a huge overhang for some time...
