A point of clarification
Dave said That the SPP hd reached the upper limits of INL's expectations.
That's not to say that it was overflowing. I am sure the management would have not expected anywhere near a full take up of the offer.
I assume we will find out more clerly as to the success of the Placement on Tuesday or Wednesday, once they do a reconciliation.
Dave seemed pleased with the response, just the same.
